West Coast International
- The Championships will be conducted under Australian Billiards and Snooker Council Ranking Tournament Playing Conditions, and all matters pertaining to the Players' Code of Conduct will be adhered to.
- Nominees must be a financial member of an affiliate of the Australian Billiards and Snooker Council or a financial member of the country they represent.
- A completed Entry form and entry fee will be required before any player is permitted to compete.
- The format of the Championships will be a seeded knockout draw based on the Australian Ranking List.
- Tournament standard dress is required: Long sleeve predominately plain coloured shirts buttoned at the wrist, bow ties, dress trousers, and dark colour dress shoes must be worn for all matches. No jeans/chinos, sports style shoes, sandals, or boots will be allowed. Waistcoat is required from the quarter finals onwards. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in forfeiture of the match.
- All players are to report to the Tournament Director 15 minutes before their scheduled starting time, and are to be ready to play at this time. Interstate players seeded in the Top 16 for the event will not be introduced into the Tournament until Saturday 28th June. Other Interstate and WA players may be required on Friday 27th June from 10am.
- In the event that more than 48 entries are received, a qualifying round may be held for WA players on Sunday 22nd June. Players who do not qualify will not be required to pay an entry fee.
- The entry fee includes a levy of $30 which will be repaid to the player after Refereeing a match either before or after they play. Players who do not wish to Referee are responsible for finding a replacement Referee who will be paid the $30 fee.
- This entry form constitutes part of the conditions of entry. Changes may be made at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
- Players may be subjected to Drug testing in accordance with the ABSC Anti-Doping Policy.
- INDEMNITY: All participants enter at their own risk. Neither the Club, nor sponsors, nor organisers shall be liable for any loss, injury or misadventure however arising.
State Billiards Championship
- The tournament will be conducted under the ABSC Championship Conditions and all matters pertaining to Players' Code of Conduct will be adhered to. Nominees must be a financial member of the BSAWA.
- Format of the event will be round robin, with players progressing to a seeded knockout draw. Players with a "Handicap Multiple" of 1 or less on the BSAWA list will go straight through to knockout.
- Tournament standard dress is required: Long sleeve predominately plain coloured shirts buttoned at the wrist, bow ties and dark colour dress shoes must be worn for all matches. No sports style shoes, sandals, or boots will be allowed. Waistcoats are required from the Quarter Finals. Failure to comply with this condition may result in forfeiture of the game. Note that bow ties must be worn – standard neck ties are not acceptable.
- Where masks are mandatory within the venue, masks must be worn at all times during play, and must cover both the mouth and nose. In the event that a player is seen to be not wearing the mask correctly, one warning will be issued by the Tournament Director. If there is another violation by the player in the same tournament, the player will be removed from the event.
- If a player enters an event and fails to appear, the entry fee must still be paid. If there is a repeat offence in the same year the player will be refused entry to all BSAWA events until all outstanding fees are paid.
