State Women's Snooker Championship
- The tournament will be conducted under the ABSC Championship Conditions and all matters pertaining to Players' Code of Conduct will be adhered to. Nominees must be a financial member of the BSAWA.
- Format of the event will be round robin, with players progressing to a seeded knockout draw.
- Tournament standard dress is required: Dark trousers or dark skirts, no shorter than kneecap, shall be worn to all match sessions. Predominately plain coloured shirts with sleeves below the elbow, dress ladies dark coloured shoes shall be worn to all sessions, which can be open or closed toe. Waistcoats are required for knockout stages. Failure to comply with this condition may result in forfeiture of the game.
- Where masks are mandatory within the venue, masks must be worn at all times during play, and must cover both the mouth and nose. In the event that a player is seen to be not wearing the mask correctly, one warning will be issued by the Tournament Director. If there is another violation by the player in the same tournament, the player will be removed from the event.
- The winner of the championship will be offered the opportunity to represent WA at the Australian Women's Snooker Championship.
- No player is permitted to smoke or consume alcohol whilst playing a match, including between frames. Penalty for the first instance: Loss of frame. Second instance at the same event: Loss of match.
- If a player enters an event and fails to appear, the entry fee must still be paid. If there is a repeat offence in the same year the player will be refused entry to all BSAWA events until all outstanding fees are paid.
State Snooker Championship
- The tournament will be conducted under the ABSC Championship Conditions and all matters pertaining to Players' Code of Conduct will be adhered to. Nominees must be a financial member of the BSAWA.
- Entry fee of $60 includes table hire fee of $10 to the venue.
- Format of the event will be round robin, with players progressing to a seeded knockout draw. Subject to the number of entries, up to 40 players will compete in the round robin, the remaining higher seeds will go straight through to knockout.
- The defending champion will be seeded #1. Any players ranked in the Top 16 of the Australian Ranking List at the time of closing will be seeded next, followed by the State Ranking List.
- Tournament standard dress is required: Long sleeve predominately plain coloured shirts buttoned at the wrist, bow ties and dark colour dress shoes must be worn for all matches. No sports style shoes, sandals, or boots will be allowed. Waistcoats are required from the Quarter Finals. Failure to comply with this condition may result in forfeiture of the game. Note that bow ties must be worn – standard neck ties are not acceptable.
